First Pipe-In Liner™ Project in Romania
The first-ever Pipe-In Liner™ project in Romania marked a significant milestone for GTSS, the exclusive distributor of ASOE products in the region.
This challenging installation took place on the slopes of Tâmpa Mountain in Brașov, where the team successfully completed one of the most demanding trenchless rehabilitation projects to date.
Despite the extreme conditions – including steep inclines of up to 60–80 degrees – the installation was executed with precision, proving the reliability and strength of ASOE’s Pipe-In Liner™ technology.

The sewer liner was designed and manufactured to withstand the extreme slope and environmental conditions of the mountain terrain. This project demonstrated how Pipe-In Liner™ adapts to complex topographies without compromising structural integrity or flow efficiency.
The liner was prepared at the technical center in Târgu Mureș and then transported via refrigerated truck to the project site on Tâmpa Mountain. Installation was performed using the Pull-In method, ensuring smooth insertion into the host pipe and optimal liner performance upon curing.
